EWR-SFO yesterday 12/1 on UA 1420 in F. Relaxing with my fiance... to the last bite of nuts from the dish and bit into this:

Luckily I bit down perfectly square on it with my bicuspid, so it did not cut me. It was about the size of a tic-tac..... could have been quite painful if it had lodged itself in my gums or roof of my mouth!!!
Didnt make a big deal about it.... just made the flight attendant aware and told her that I was fine.
Just asked for another glass of wine :)
