Access to UC or *G lounge after International arrival w/ domestic connection

I can't seem to find this in the terms, but I believe I have read before that if you are *G, if you arrive on an international flight and have a domestic connection you are eligible to use the United Club. Correct?

I am coming from Costa Rica, through IAH, with an ongoing connection to DC.
