United.com let me book a 60 minute connection at LHR, but according to Heathrow's own web site transfers b/w Terminal 4 (AB) and 1 (UA) (where the flights are at) takes at least 90 minutes and require clearing security again.
I'm surprised this is allowed and is not that difficult to keep track of this information on a computer system (though it is volumuous).
The 1K line handled it nicely, finding a backup with no change fee (though they did ask initially me to pay it initially.
