Chicken and Egg - Contacting 1K line

I am 1K. But have not received my 1K card.

I am having baggage claim issues, etc. I am getting the run around on the non 1K line. Theytransfered me the number for the 1K baggage handling desk and I asked for the regular number for 1K but they gave me the number to Tenant Healthcare at 1-800-421-4655. Clearly not the right number.

Help, I can't have not got a 1K card, and I can't call to tell them I didn't get my card. Can someone give me the right number.
