UA award ticket on SN and TG - who to contact if things go wrong?

Flying this Saturday on an UA award ticket LHR - BRU - BKK - SYD.

First leg with SN then TG. In F (to BRU obviously in C).

Given current weather in London (hoping the snow will all be gone by then though) who do I contact if things go wrong?

Eg if SN flight is delayed / cancelled meaning I miss my TG connection? It's all in one ticket issued by UA but does that mean SN has the obligation to get me to SYD if there are issues with the first flight? I assume TG would simply say that I didn't turn up for my BRU - BKK leg. Will SN help or is it UA as ticket issuer?

Obviously hoping it will all be ok but want to be prepared and also just curious whether essentially SN is responsible for the whole journey if their, the first leg, causes me to miss onward travel one the same ticket.

Many thanks.
