Likelihood of Upgrade IAH-EWR-Lisbon and Return LHR-IAH

Traveling outbound in late April and returning to Houston in mid May. On a V ticket from Houston to Lisbon and a T ticket London - Houston. We have already upgraded to Premium Economy. I am a silver elite. Are there any chances of getting upgraded on these routes?
