miles for upgraded flight

So, I want to upgrade my MUC-EWR flight on LH (D to A class) with miles from M&M, this would obviously change my ticket booking class, when crediting this flight to UA, would I get miles for originally booked class, actual flown class (after upgrade) or no miles?
