intantly upgradeable fare - H2 UP

spoke with 1k desk today to upgrade on a B fare and she said, "let me check the return...see if I can get you that too.."

I told her it was an H fare so not to bother...and she told me about H2 UP fare...said it is the same as the instantly upgradeable fares..ever hear of it?
