I was in seat 4F on a 737-800 BOS-IAD yesterday. I didn't see any power outlets at all. The DirecTV was nice though. I've never been on an aircraft of this type so I was a bit puzzled.
1. Where are the power outlets? There are none on my seat, and none under the next seat. SeatGuru and United's amenities list for the flight shows power outlets as being available on this aircraft.
2. I know that this was an ex-CO bird. The TV didn't have an "audio channel" option for music or Ch 9 for ATC. Is it there? I wasn't able to find it.
Otherwise, it was a short flight, with beverages and Biscoffs. Nothing to write home about except for the somewhat more comfortable seats.
