Premier Access question - one segment in Y

I have one segment in Y (waitlisted for F (R)) which is my first segment the flight; LGA-DEN. The other two segments are in domestic F. Can I benefit from any Premier Access check-in or security at LGA? (I've never flown with one segment in Y before)


I also have UC passes for LGA - are they worth using?
