Has anyone ever sorted out ticketing snafus with 1K voice, or do they always want you to call and waste hours on the phone?
Yesterday, I called in three times to get a reservation ticketed. The reason I did this on the phone was because I couldn't get ,bomb to accept my ETC for partial payment of the fare.
First agent was able to get the reservation set up, but after 5 hours nothing ticketed, so I called back.
Second agent put me on hold for 40 minutes and then the line went dead.
Third agent said the charge for my payment hadn't gone through yet, took my cc # again, and then walked the payment through the ticketing desk to make sure it happened.
Today, I see two credit card charges, for different amounts in connection with this ticket. They do not add up to the ticket price when combined with the ETC value.
The second charge was for a little over $20. Any advice on whether it's worth putting an email to !K voice? It's just not worth $20 for me to spend another hour on the phone with the "Premier line", especially as I'll be in Australia for the next month.
