Few days ago, I missed my flight.
The CS agent added me to the standby list on next flight and handed me the
standby document. (like boarding pass)
Then, I found out that I was not on standby list from mobile site.
When I arrived the gate, my name was not on the monitor either.
I talked to the gate agent and he couldn't find me in the system as well.
He tried to add me to the list but SHARES didn't allow him to do so.
He called the support desk and it didn't help either.
Does anyone have the same experience?
