Flight was cancelled. Had used miles to bag a u/g.
Sent email to request that 20k miles be redeposited. This should, AFAIKT be instant and automated.
This email was received on April 19th.
Should I call/email/sky-write encourage UA to redeposit miles, or will it just take its own sweet time?
Any experiences?
Thanks
<quote>Thank you for contacting United Airlines.

I understand how disappointing it can be when a flight is delayed or canceled and your carefully made travel plans are interrupted. Our goal is to provide timely flight departures whenever possible; however, the safety of our customers and crew will always be our first priority.
