I'm looking at the following routing rules from NAS-HNL as are displayed below:
If I'm reading this correctly, I am able to route NAS-PTY-LAX-HNL but I am unable to get either UA.com or another OTA to price this properly. Does anyone have any advice on getting this to price? Thanks.
