Hi All,

I hope this isn't repetitive, I checked and couldn't quite find the answer I desired, but to be fair, I'm somewhat terrible at finding the right forum.

Anyway...

I'm going to be CLT in mid July, and need to be in London for the end of the month before I fly back to CLT in mid August. Obviously I would prefer to take the direct US flights, I'm just worried about not getting UA miles because of the merger.

Something tells me I should be fine through August, but is there any certainty? Should I do CLT-IAD/EWR-LHR return or is the direct worth the risk?
