Broken seat storage in GlobalFirst -- worth complaining?

This is my second thread on FT, and my second complaining thread. Just flew Global First ORD-FRA on a 777 in seat 1K. I did not pay for a seat in first, but I did pay $500 plus 20,000 miles to upgrade a ($5000) business seat. This is now the second flight on GF I've had where the main storage bin next to the seat has been unoperational. The first time, a couple of years ago, I was unable to open it, they sent someone to try to fix it, and he ended up taping it closed. This time it had already been taped closed, with a sign on it saying "bin not operational". (There was also a third time when one of the smaller bins was unoperational). This upset me at first. Why can't they keep these seats working? It is a real let down to get on the plane excited to be in GF (yes, it excites me. I don't do it that often) and then find that you have to put your stuff in the overhead for takeoff. I already have low expectations when it comes to food (and to a lesser extent, service), but isn't the United "hard product" supposed to be good?

On the plus side, the crew were all really nice and professional during the flight, and the food was marginally better than I remember the last time I flew BF a year ago.

So, is it worth complaining about this to United, or should I save my complaints for more important things (like not being able to buy tickets on united.com for three months? Oh, right...)
