Not sure if this is the right place to ask this or not, but at one time my flight was horribly delayed. Ended up in the sky then they had to fly us back to the airport to get on another flight - came back home, united send me a customer appreciation/compensation type for the amount of $150 - as of today, I cannot find that email - is there a way to retrieve that somewhere on united.com or ???
