Where to find the UA operated 764 and 781 flights?

Which destinations get the 767-400 and 787-10 most frequently?

I am planning some trips for next year. I know it is quite early to predict those schedules but I am hoping these planes are rostered regularly on certain routes from certain stations.

While I am at it, anyone have any ideas where I can also fly the A330-200 in the Star Alliance network? (flying Air China is out of the question.)
