Currently sitting in OTP due to a medical emergency, my wife had to have surgery while here on business so I booked a one way ticket over but now I need a return flight, her company booked her ticket through UA but cancelled it and has credit but we'll need to fly back together. I am looking for flights while she is resting up and the most direct flight back is OTP-IST-IAH but UA will not show the direct routing in Business, not sure about economy, but I don't think she'll want to fly economy back anyway. Since we have the credit with United we'll need to book it through them is there anyway to force united to show the flights? Or would I need to call like if it was an award flight? ITA also shows the flights as well as kayak, orbitz etc...if we cannot use the credit we'll just book through turkish directly.
