United Award reservation complaints

Is there a place on the United site where I can complain about the award reservation booking line? This was my first over the phone booking and it took me 4 days and 4 different reservations for them to get it right.

Attempt 1: They misspelled the passenger name. I told them several times over the phone and had the read it back to me cause the guy kept saying it wrong. He even got angry that I was trying to confirm the spelling. I had to call back and re-ticket it all over again after I got the confirmation e-mail.

Attempt 2: The person sets me up over the phone, but doesn't ticket it and says he needs to confirm with the partner airlines and to call back AFTER 24 hours. I called at hour 25 and they said I had to call back BEFORE 24 hours otherwise the ticket gets cancelled.

Attempt 3: Everything seems to go smoothly. They correct the errors, and I call back WITHIN 24 hours. I get my confirmation e-mail and they mix the placement between the FIRST and LAST name.

Attempt 4: They got it right!


And since I don't have status, I had to be on hold for 20+ minutes each time! I'm not looking to get miles or anything out of my complaint/rant. I just want them to get better!
