One Award PNR - miles supplied by (2) accounts?

Is it possible to have a single reservation for two passengers ticketed using miles from 2 separate Mileage Plus accounts?

Flight is USA - INDIA (roundtrip) = 80k miles each in Saver Economy

Want to use 1 account for 1 ticket and another for the 2nd ticket. But want same PNR in case IRROPS etc.

Agent said it cant be done. Worth calling back or is the agent actually correct? Thanks!
