Fully-flat or angle-flat: internatl. biz class

UA 767-300 on three-class international route (GRU-IAH), biz class seats show as "lie-flat" on UA Web site, "flat-bed" on Seatguru. UA 777-200 on two-class international route (IAH-GIG), no description on UA Web site, "flat-bed" on Seatguru. Do these convert to truly flat? I ask because I've seen sites saying that "lie flat" is often used to mean "angle flat," as opposed to "fully flat."
