Buy mileage plus points for .02 cents per point

Hi all

I am looking to fly my folks business class from yvr to auh. Is there anywhere I can buy my point for .02 cent per point as I figure this would be cheapest way to do it. I could play aerolotto with a Gpu but it works out to be the same price.
